UI8 Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
UI8 is operated by Robot Global FZCO, a company registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("UI8", "we", "us", "our").
We operate the website ui8.net and its associated tools, including Persona (AI image generation) and Design DNA.

2. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data and content we collect when you use UI8, how we use and store it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
By using UI8, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Account Data
When you register, we collect:
- Full name and email address
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)
- Account preferences and settings
3.2 Uploaded Content (Persona)
When you use Persona, we collect and process:
- Images, characters, scenes, pose references, and other files you upload to generate outputs
- Text prompts and generation parameters you enter
3.3 Generated Outputs
- AI-generated images produced by Persona during your sessions are stored as part of your project
3.4 Usage and Platform Data
- Features used, pages visited, session duration
- Credit balance and consumption history
- Device type, browser type, operating system, IP address
- Referring URLs and platform interactions
3.5 Analytics Data
We use third-party analytics tools to understand how the platform is used. See Section 8 for details.

4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Create and manage your UI8 account
- Process payments and manage your subscription or credits
- Operate Persona: transmit your uploads to AI processing services and return generated outputs to you
- Store your projects and generated outputs so you can access them across sessions
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Improve the platform through anonymised, aggregated analytics (never using your content — see Section 5)
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, payment receipts, credit alerts)
- Send product updates or marketing emails where you have opted in or where permitted by applicable law — you can unsubscribe at any time
5. AI Processing and Model Training
5.1 How uploads are processed
Content you upload to Persona is transmitted to third-party AI image generation services (we use a variety of recent image models) solely to produce the outputs you requested.
- Uploaded images are retained by those third-party services for up to 1 hour during and immediately after processing, then permanently deleted from their systems.
- After processing, your files are stored on UI8's own infrastructure as part of your Persona project.
- Your uploaded content is never visible to or accessible by other UI8 users.
5.2 No AI training
We do not use your uploaded images, text prompts, or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — whether operated by UI8 or any third party acting on our behalf.
Your content exists in our systems solely to provide the service to you.
6. Storage and Retention

6.1 Account Closure
If you delete your UI8 account, your Persona account and all associated project data — including all uploaded images and generated outputs — are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
6.2 Storage Infrastructure
Your files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Deletion of files from your account triggers removal from our storage in accordance with the retention terms above.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or uploaded content. We do not share your data with advertisers.
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

8. Analytics and Cookies
We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymised, aggregated data about how the platform is used — pages visited, features used, session duration, and general geographic region.
- We do not use this data to identify you individually.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- We do not share analytics data with advertisers.
You can opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings or by using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
9. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are based, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — You can request deletion of your personal data and content. Deleting your account is the most comprehensive way to do this (see Section 6.1).
- Portability — You can ask us to provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection — You can object to our use of your data for marketing purposes at any time.
- Withdraw consent — Where we rely on your consent to process data (e.g. marketing emails), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

10. Content You Upload — Your Responsibilities
By uploading content to Persona, you confirm that:
- You own or have the legal right to use all content you upload.
- You will not upload images of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
- You will not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
UI8 reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
11. Ownership of Uploads and Generated Outputs
- Your uploads: You retain full ownership of any content you upload to Persona. Uploading to UI8 does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us.
- Generated outputs: AI-generated images produced using your inputs are owned by you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the End Product terms in UI8's Terms of Service.
- UI8 claims no ownership over your uploaded content or your generated outputs.
12. Children
UI8 is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
13. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage infrastructure.
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
14. International Data Transfers
UI8 is operated by Robot Global FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, UAE. Our servers and primary infrastructure are located in the United States. Your data is stored and processed there regardless of where you are based.
Our third-party service providers (including AI processing services and analytics tools) may also process data in other countries. We take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements with our service providers.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect, where the change materially affects how we use your data.
Continued use of UI8 after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
